I have worked with NERC for many years. They are a great program and truly help people who want to do the work. Unfortunately many of these bad reviews are 100% false. You will absolutely find the help you need at NERC.

I went in voluntarily to detox from alcohol, as I needed help. From the moment I was picked up (yep, free ride there) I was treated with dignity and respect by everyone I met. All the employees care, are friendly, know their stuff, and are ever-present. I'll admit this is my first time to any detox/rehab, but I learned so very much that I have taken with me. Also, huge bonus: The food here is really, really good! They also ensured my aftercare was all set. I mean, they even called my Dr. to set up an appointment, gave me a copy of the meds I used while I was there including how much and when. I asked for a psychiatrist referral and, sure enough, they took care of that and scheduled an appointment for me. They really care here, and God forbid I need help again, this is where I'd go.
